General Description
YSPKK series variable frequency speed regulating high voltage three phase asynchronous motor is a new type of speed regulating motor with variable frequency speed regulating device as power supply.
YSPKK series motors are made of sophisticated materials, with low noise, high efficiency, wide speed range, high precision, stable operation, convenient operation and maintenance. Its installation size conforms to the International Electrotechnical Association (IEC) standard. The protection grade of the enclosure is IP44, IP54 and IP55. The quota is a continuous quota based on the continuous working system (S1). Its voltage is 2.4/3.3/4.16/6/6.6/10/11kV, rated frequency 50Hz or 60Hz, continuous speed regulation in the range of 5Hz-67Hz, constant torque operation in 5-50Hz and constant power operation in 50-67Hz. This series of motors is equipped with an independent strong wind cooling system (IC616). For the load for the fan, water pump frequency control motor, due to the working characteristics of the load to determine its constant torque operating range of 25~50Hz, there is no constant power range, therefore, according to user requirements to change from the fan cooling (IC611).
The structure and installation type of this series of motors are IMB3 (horizontal with feet, end cover without flange), IMB35 (horizontal base with feet, end cover with flange),IMV1 (vertical base without feet, end cover with flange) in accordance with GB997 and IEC60034-7 "Motor Structure and Installation Type Code.
Scope of use
This series of motors can be used to drive all kinds of general machinery such as compressors, fans, water pumps, cutting machine tools, transportation machinery and other mechanical equipment, in the mining, machinery, petrochemical industry, power plants and other industrial and mining enterprises as a prime mover.
Structure description
The motor base and end cover are made of high-strength cast iron, and the stator is of external press-fit structure. The stator winding adopts round copper wire loose embedded soft winding. Class F insulating material is adopted, the winding end is fixed with special binding process, which is firm and reliable. The whole stator is treated with vacuum pressure impregnated class F solvent-free paint (VPI). As a result, the motor has excellent and reliable insulation performance, moisture resistance and impact resistance.
The motor adopts the internationally popular box-type structure, and the frame and end cover are made of steel plate welding, with good rigidity and light weight. After removing the protective cover (or cooler), you can observe and touch the inside of the motor, which is convenient for the installation and maintenance of the motor. The stator adopts external press-fitting structure. The stator winding is made of Class F insulating material and anti-corona material. The end of the winding is fixed by special binding process, which is firm and reliable. The whole stator is treated with vacuum pressure impregnated Class F solvent-free paint (VPI). As a result, the motor has excellent and reliable insulation performance and moisture resistance and impact resistance.
YSPKK series motor rotor with copper cage rotor guide bar and end ring using medium frequency welding, and the rotor copper bar by the slot fastening process, so it has high reliability.
The bearing adopts the end cover type spherical sliding bearing, which has the advantages of strong load capacity and convenient maintenance.
The main outlet box is of sealed structure, and the protection grade is IP54. Generally installed on the right side of the motor (from the shaft extension end), according to user needs can also be installed on the left side. The inlet hole of the outlet box can be switched up, down, left and right. There is a separate ground terminal in the box. When the motor power is 2000kW and above, a secondary outlet box is also installed on the other side of the motor opposite to the main outlet box to lead out the neutral point of the stator three-phase winding.
Starting of VFD type high voltage three phase asynchronous motor (YSPKK series)
The rotor of YSPKK asynchronous electric motor adopts advanced calculation technology to calculate the starting temperature rise and stress of the squirrel cage rotor, so as to prevent the motor from being damaged early due to the heavy starting load. It is suggested that the user check:(1) the moment of inertia of the rotating part of the driven mechanical equipment (after conversion to the motor speed) should not exceed the value of [load J] in the technical data sheet;(2) The user's power grid shall ensure that the motor terminal voltage during the starting process of the motor is not less than 85% of the rated voltage;(3) The resistance torque characteristics of the driven machinery are the resistance torque characteristics of water pumps and fans.
Under the above conditions, the motor is allowed to start twice continuously in the actual cold state, and the motor is naturally stopped between two starts; or it is started once in the hot state of the motor. Restarting the motor beyond the above limits shall be after 1 hour of shutdown.
If the moment of inertia of the mechanical rotating part of the motor drive exceeds the [load J] value in the technical data sheet, or the motor is required to be started frequently, or the motor may be started with heavy load, please contact our company in advance for special design to ensure the reliable starting of the motor.
